Hasan Omar Mansour Al Hazmi the founder of the firm is a graduate of Alexandaria University, faculty of Law in 1963. A veteran civil servant, he worked more than fifteen years at the Ministry of Labor & Social affairs in various capacities. In 1970, while still in government he started legal consulting practice. He resigned from Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs in 1978 at the capacity of Director General of Legal Affairs. Prior to that he served in the following positions:

Chief Judge of the Supreme Committee for Labor Disputes, 1975 - 1978.  
Deputy Chief Judge of the Supreme Committee for Labor Disputes, 1971 - 1975.
Member of Board of Directors of the General Organization for Social Insurance(GOSI) 1975 - 1978.
President of Legal Committee at the General Organization for Social Insurance(GOSI) 1975 - 1978.

Following his resignation from government service in 1978, he opened a full service law firm and in January 1995, Mr Al Hazmi became a member of The Charted Institute of Arbitrators in London, England.
